F.I. is responsible for coordinating all marketing activities and serves as the primary contact point for all transactions related to international financial institutions. F.I. plays an advisory as well as a mediating role by referring pending issues to appropriate departments within Woori Bank, for the ultimate purpose of providing sound solutions and constructive alternatives.
F.I. also maintains a comprehensive database of international and domestic financial records. This database, made possible by our sturdy IT infrastructure, allows us to provide timely responses to your inquiries.
In order to assure smooth working relations between financial parties that are often geographically dispersed, F.I. has assigned regional "Relationship Managers" who are responsible for cultivating strong communication channels. Relationship Managers are committed to delivering the highest level of service in managing Woori's international finance and foreign exchange matters.
